Québec's 400th Anniversary Celebration

“Our educational tour of Montréal and Québec City was very well organized. I've been doing this for a long time and your two guides are the best I've ever dealt with. My California kids loved the snow in Québec. They had an absolute blast. ALSO: The trip was very well planned and efficient. The activities were well-paced and varied. The kids can't stop talking about it, and the first-year kids are looking forward to next year. Merci mille fois!”

READ ONE STUDENT'S PERSPECTIVE

Every trip to Québec City will be lots of fun, but a VISIT CANADA trip is, first and foremost, an educational experience.

In addition to the academic and history lessons learned at the various museums and institutions they'll visit, like Parks Canada's Artillery Park, or the Musée de la Civilisation, students quickly learn that they are able to understand French spoken in the real world, by persons other than their teachers. Moreover, many of our groups stay at the historic Château Frontenac, and for some of them, this is almost as much an annual pilgrimage to the century-old hotel as it is a trip to Québec.

VISIT CANADA operates field trips to Québec City for students and teachers of French.
