VISIT CANADA Educational Tours

We planned our first educational field trip to Montréal for a group of Boston-area French teachers in the fall of 1985. What we didn’t know about students & teachers on educational tours, we made up for with hard work, great attention to detail, a passion for quality and thorough knowledge of the destination.

Getting Started

The fastest and best way to begin planning a trip (especially for a group leader who is new to VISIT CANADA or planning to travel by air) is with a brief telephone conversation to discuss the many, many itinerary options available relative to your group’s particular needs and interests.

We always enjoy talking with our clients, and we’re sure that you will find that a brief telephone conversation a time-saver in the long run. If you are new to VISIT CANADA, or planning a long trip (of more than three day’s duration), we would prefer to talk with you about your options early in the trip-planning phase. We do respond to online inquiries, but we always give priority to group leaders whom we have talked with first.

If you are planning your first trip, or a trip by air, we will need to talk with you very early in the planning and we ask that you contact us initially by telephone.

You will learn from your first brief telephone call that you will talking to experienced professionals who will be giving you the best advice about the best educational tour programs available anywhere in the industry.

We are reachable at 800.456.5552 between 8:30am and 5:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday; we are often open earlier, and close later. (Our offices are occasionally closed on various Canadian and American holidays).
